About the Role
We're looking for a special leader to lead our 5th & 6th grade studio.
In this role, you will guide students as they master essential skills, learn to bring their own learning to life, and develop their success mindsets.
You'll need to be fun, creative, entrepreneurial, driven, and able to lead pre-teens by blending structure, standards, and challenge with play, humor, and adventure. Y
ou should be great at connecting with kids while commanding their attention and respect without demanding it.
You should also be great at bringing learning to life through creative projects, using questions to guide, and diving into tough questions on faith, and have enough energy to still be standing even after the pre-teens tap out.
