The Academy is a K-12 life-ready leadership academy for parents who want something better than school.

Our day balances structure with flexibilityroutines with surprises. It’s school, reimagined to feel more like life.

Every Day at the Academy Includes:

  • Group of young girls hanging out in a living room, sitting on a couch and floor, some holding or using their phones, with books and a laptop nearby.

    Connect

We start with God and one another through devotions and discussion.

  • Two children, a boy and a girl, sitting at a wooden table and building a structure with marshmallows and toothpicks, with small Christmas trees in the background.

    Conquer

Focused time on core academics with online, in-class, and hands-on work.

  • Two boys wearing red life jackets playing in the water, with one helping the other to stand on a blue surfboard or paddleboard.

    Move

Daily time for play, physical movement, and fresh air.

  • Young boys in black t-shirts and shorts at a cafeteria counter, one with the word 'LEADER' on back, being served food by a cafeteria worker in a commercial kitchen.

    Eat

Lunch and social time with peers, with rhythms that feel human.

  • A group of children and teenagers gathered around a large sheet of paper on the floor, engaged in a group activity with markers. Some children are sitting, others standing, in a gym or multi-purpose room.

    Collaborate

Group projects and challenges that reflect the real world.

  • A young person in a black hoodie using a pneumatic wrench to work on a car's wheel in a garage, with other teens watching.

    Create

Time to make, build, and launch meaningful work.
