Life-Ready Leadership Accreditation
A real-world standard of skillsets & mindsets to future-proof the next generation and reclaim education as a force for good in the United States.
Broken Standards. Broken Schools.
Only 5% of high school graduates are prepared for life. - Gallup
Almost all schools are accredited by the 19 accrediting organizations in the US.
That’s a 95% failure rate being endorsed and maintained by a broken accreditation system.
We reject this system wholesale and are building our own, informed, validated, and overseen by the leaders who are qualified to do so:
Founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs, leaders, and our customers.
The Life-Ready Leadership Accreditation is an initiative of the leadership team at The Academy to define and align the most essential and relevant competencies for real-world success with the learning and experiences during childhood and adolescence that build them.
Validated and overseen by ethical entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community leaders, the LRLA is both a new framework to align instruction (and ignore irrelevant traditional standards) as well as the standards to govern excellent, relevant outcomes making Academy graduates the most Life-Ready Leaders in the country.

Methodology
Compiling extensive research from a series of global reports on the future of work, job skills, and employment trends, our team looked for affinities across industries, cultures, ages, and countries to land on an inarguable set of characteristics of successful employees, citizens, and leaders.
Then we verified the research in-person, in real-time with real-world practitioners: entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, impact-makers who have a business producing at least one million dollars in revenue, a budget of at least one million dollars they lead, or an influence of at least one million people.
HOW WE IMPLEMENT & MEASURE
THE MASTERY TRANSCRIPT
Transcripts, GPAs, resumes are obsolete. The future of records are competency-based portfolios called Mastery Transcripts displaying real-world evidence of growth, mastery and impact.
